
As you can tell from the name of this blog, I like golf movies - old and new. One of the latest to be somewhat interesting is "Tin Cup" - complete with a lovable hero (Kevin Costner) and a SMOKING hot female lead (Renee Russo). It's a sentimental tale for sure...
However, fashion consultant to the stars, Shane B has called Tin Cup out as being a little, er, less than accurate. Check out his post over at one of my favorite golf sites for the full analysis - it's pretty funny and shows you how a LITTLE research by the filmmakers could have made this one a lot more believable.
Now, about that Met Life commercial where the dude hits driver onto the green of the par 3....and all FOUR balls are within 6 feet of the cup...
